The Tübingen Zebrafish Facility

The Tübingen zebrafish facility was founded in 1992 by Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard as the first big zebrafish facility in Europe. It was designed to raise and screen zebrafish (Danio rerio) in a high throughput manner comprising 6 rooms between 12 and 200 sqm , allowing to keep ~ 300000 zebrafish.
